Tai Chi is a set of choreographed, slow, flowing movements designed for balance, strength and stress reduction.


Qigong is a meditative practice that uses slow graceful movements and deep breathing to promote the circulation of qi within the human body and to enhance a practitioner's overall health. Many forms of qigong are done with little or no movement at all in standing, sitting and laying down positions.
